Shipping policy

All orders received will be processed within 1-3 business days, if the item is in-stock. Orders received on the weekend will be fulfilled next business days. Shipping will be arranged by the most economical method, usually USPS, UPS or FedEx. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX OR APO/FPO. 

All back-ordered items or pre-ordered items will be processed within 1-3 business days, once the products arrive at the shipping facility. Inventory status may be listed on the product page at time of purchase. This status is not a guarantee as inventory may change quickly and unexpectedly. 

All orders over $500 are shipped insured, and we add additional direct signature REQUIREMENT (known as DSR). DSR is to help ensure you receive your order and it is not lost nor stolen before you receive it. Anyone at the delivery address can sign for the package. If no one is able to receive and sign for the shipment, it will not be delivered, and another delivery attempt will be made. Once mutliple delivery attempts are made and are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to sender. At that point, the purchaser would be responsible for return shipping and cost of re-shipment. 


- Tracking info. is emailed when shipping labels are created. 
You will be sent an email with tracking information once product(s) are shipped. Please track and be aware of delivery dates. Any shipments that are refused or undeliverable for any reason are subject to additional costs which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If needed we can redirect the package to a local hub/ store for pickup. To initiate this, please email sales@remark-usa.com. 

- Each order is carefully checked and packed before given to the carrier. If you receive an incorrect product or part, contact us immediately, and proper actions will be taken to resolve the matter. Should you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in the presence of the carrier before signing. Take photos of damaged packaging, and damaged products. DO NOT install. DO NOT discard any of the packaging or packaging materials. All claims for damages and/ or loss must be made immediately to the carrier and REMARK within 5 days. REMARK will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and resolved. If the items is no longer available, a refund will be issued for the item(s).

- Order Not Received - If you have not received your order, please check with all persons in your household, and check tracking to confirm it was delivered. If you live in a multi-unit complex, please check with your leasing office, front desk, mail room, etc... to ensure package was not delivered there. 

Please contact us immediately if tracking shows delivered and you have not received your shipment. We will then contact carrier on your behalf and they will initiate a shipping/ delivery investigation. This may take days or even weeks. Please understand that we are not the carrier, and are not responsible for delivery. Nor do we have any control over transit or delivery. 

If after carrier investigation, the carrier determines the package was delivered correctly, then REMARK304 is not responsible for a reimbursement or replacement product(s). We are not responsible for any missing or stolen product(s) from your property, nor any delivery errors by carrier. Packages missing from the stated address is the customers responsibility. 

Duties and Taxes
REMARK304 is never responsible for CUSTOMS DUTY transported across international borders. Any shipping company has the rights to hold your purchased goods for Customs Duty. Customers must pay the Duty before retrieving the goods. Remark has no control over Customs Duty, and it is different from SALES TAX.
