Refund policy
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
New and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Refund only covers products/ goods. Shipping costs, and any other associated costs (handling, customs, duties, etc…) are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection by REMARK304. If the product is deemed not in 100% new condition, the return will be denied. In which case the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item(s) back to the purchaser. If there is no contact after 30 days, the item(s) will be considered abandoned and disposed of. No refund of any kind will be issued for abandoned items.
Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Used items
- Modified items – any change to the original form, finish
- Damaged items – physical, and/or cosmetic on polished finish items
- Clearance items
HOW TO RETURN UNWANTED ITEM(S)
Please email us to initiate a return at, sales@remark-usa.com. Please include your order number, list of items to be returned, and description of issue if any. We will respond in 1-3 business days. A return authorization number will be issued which should be included with the return to expedite the process.
Do not return items without first contacting REMARK304.
Do not use, install, unpack, test fit, etc… any incorrect item(s) or they will not be eligible for return.
Please carefully pack items for return shipping. Items damaged while in transit back to REMARK304 will not be accepted for return. The condition must be 100% new when received by REMARK304.
REMARK304 is not responsible for return shipping costs.
RESTOCKING FEE
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping (return of items to REMARK304) is not covered and the responsibility of the purchaser.
The restocking fee will be subtracted from the value of the returned goods at the time of refund. No exceptions will be made for restocking fees. Refund will be issued back to the payment method used for the order.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
Once we receive the item(s) back it will take 1-3 business days for inspection. Once a refund is approved, the refund will be issued immediately. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note, it mays take several business days for the funds to be returned to purchaser’s account as each financial institution requires time to process the transaction. This is out of the control of REMARK304 once the refund is issued on our end.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM(S), QUANTITIES
If you have received incorrect item(s), and or quantities please contact immediately via email at sales@remark-usa.com. Expect to receive a response within 1-3 business days. Do not use, install, unpack, test fit, etc… any incorrect item(s) or they will not be eligible for return. REMARK304 will provide a return shipping label for incorrect item(s). We will send replacement items once the incorrect items have been returned via the same method selected for the original shipment. If your original order was via ground shipping, replacement item(s) will be shipped via ground shipping. If the item is not in stock, it will be shipped when back in stock or a refund can be issued for that item(s).
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
The purchaser is solely responsible for the item(s) selected. We have no way to know if the items purchased are for one project, multiple projects, or future projects. Our correctly sized components will fit with each other.
We do not guarantee fitment of our products with products from other manufacturers. Each manufacturer and item may have different tolerances.
If you need a specific measurement for an item, please contact us with your request. We include dimensional drawings on our site for reference but there may be some slight variation during the manufacturing process.
